An NGO founded by a UK based Bulawayo woman, Fikelephi Jackson, has drilled a borehole for the Mabutweni community.

Speaking at the handover, a representative of the organization, Sandokuhle Ndlovu said providing water to women is important as it frees them up to do other income generation activities.

The founder of Against All Odds, Fikelephi Jackson, said this initiative needs to reach all areas in need and should not be limited to the month of March only.

Drilling a borehole costs USD $1,600.
