ZANU PF South Africa Spokesman, Kennedy Mandaza, says ZANU PF has not read the report on cartels that was produced by the Daily Maverick.
Mandaza questioned how the report was compiled during the lockdown and said its not credible.
Mandaza, who was speaking on eNCA, said the Zimbabwe government is busy dealing with pressing national issues and will not waste time on this report.
He questioned why Cartels, which operate all over the world, differ in Zimbabwe that they warrant a 64 page report.
