Zimbabwe dancehall musician Poptain Yardbwoy (real name Ameen Jaleel Yaseen) has been nominated for 5 awards on the Zimbabwe Music awards.
The dances hall artists has been nominated for the best male artists, best dancehall, song of the year-Fadza Mutengi, best collaboration- Fadza Mutengi and best collaboration for Kokai.
In a post on social media Poptain said for him the recognition is what matters most, winning is just a plus.
Poptain is most known for his 2020 song Fadza Mutengi as well as other collaboration songs with artists such as Nutty O on the song Kokai.
