The National Unity Party leader, Robert Kyagulanyi popularly known as Bobi Wine is still under house arrest.

Bobi Wine confirmed that he is under house arrest through twitter.

“It’s now four days since the military surrounded our home and placed my wife and I under house arrest. We have run out of food supplies and when my wife tried to pick food from the garden yesterday, she was blocked and assaulted by the soldiers staged in our compound,” tweeted Bobi Wine.

However, The National Unity Party has announced that it will challenge the electoral results. The party rubbished electoral results as it argued that there was rigging.

The electoral results led to massive protests in various cities leading to the death of 2 people and 23 have been arrested.
