Police are looking for Shadreck Njowa, a ZB Bank employee who is suspected to be the mastermind of the heist.
Njowa has become rogue and is still on the run.
Police have appealed to anyone aware of his whereabouts to immediately report to the nearest station.
So far, police have arrested 11 suspects of the staged robbery and reclaimed $ 690,000.
The $ 2.7 million stolen during the heist was intended for ZB branches in Kadoma, Chinhoyi, Gweru, Zvishavane, Gwanda and Bulawayo.
Three other suspects are still wanted, including the alleged mastermind.
