The Board of Directors for Stanbic Bank in Zimbabwe has announced the appointment of Solomon Nyanhongo as Chief Executive (CE) of the organisation.

Solomon Nyanhongo has taken over from one of the longest serving members, Joshua Tapambgwa who has been with the bank for 13 years.

The announcement of the appointment of Solomon came through a statement by Gregory Sebborn a board member of Stanbic Zimbabwe.

Solomon joined Stanbic Bank in 2003 as a senior manager and he holds a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Nottingham Trent University (UK).

However, the Stanbic Board of Directors congratulated Solomon on his appointment and they also expressed sincere thanks and gratitude to the outgoing Joshua Tapambgwa.
