The Reserve bank of Zimbabwe confimed that they will soon introduce a $50 note into the market for the convenience of the Public.
The Reserve Bank Governer John P. Mangudya announced the news through a press statement on 12 January.
The Reserve bank of Zimbabwe introduced $Z10 and $Z20 dollars bond notes in May 2020. However there has been a shortage of $Z2 bond coins.
Meanwile, Mangudya also confirmed that the Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe has no plans of introducinv Z$100 and Z$200 bankmotes.
