Democratic Party leader Harry Kalaba condemns the police for the two people who were shot dead earlier today.
In a video on social media, Kalaba said it’s a sad scenario that two people died after the summoning of the UNPD leader by the police.
“Zambia is a peaceful country and it cannot afford to be experiencing and witnessing bloodshed because of greed”, he added.
He further added that the use of force to maintain power should be condemned in Zambia.
“We cannot afford to be loosing lives simply because some people somewhere would be made to smile when they hear that someone is beiing interrogated. It is wrong”, said Kalaba.
Moreover Kalaba said parties can be disagreeable but if it leads to death its a sad scenario.
