Suspended MDC-T Organizing Secretary, Abednico Bhebhe, has filed an urgent interdict at the High Court, to stop the MDC-T congress that is due to be held on Saturday.
In court papers seen by Gambakwe Media, Bhebhe has asked the court to stop the congress as his case in which he is challenging his dismissal has not been concluded.
Bhebhe said if the congress is allowed to go ahead, he will be placed at a disadvantage as he wants to contest the position of President at the extra-ordinary congress.
