A visibility sick Mary Chiwenga yesterday appeared at the High Court in Harare for a hearing on the relaxation of her bail conditions.
Mary, who is represented by prominent lawyer, Beatrice Mtetwa, appeared before Justice Benjamin Chikowero.
She is asking the court to give back her passport so that she can travel to South Africa for treatment.
