MDC-T spokesman, Khaliphani Phugeni is a free man after rape charges against him were thrown out at the Western Commonage magistrate court this morning.
The magistrate found that the case had no merit .
Phugeni has since written to MDC-T President, Thokozani Khuphe, asking to return to his position as party spokesman.
