The mother of former Zimbabwe energy Minister, Fortune Chasi, passed away on 10 October 2020.
Chasi wrote on his twitter account:
My Dearest Mother – fare the well. You were much much more than a Mother . Today is a very dark day for me. Our last walk hand in hand!
