South Africa President, Cyril Ramaphosa, has slapped defense minister Nosiviwe Mapisa-Nqakula, with a three months salary fine for allowing the ANC delegation to Harare to travel on an SANDF flight.
Ramaphosa has also ordered the minister to ensure that the ANC refunds the SANDF for the trip.
Mapisa-Nqakula ‘s salary will be paid into the coronavirus solidarity fund starting in November.
