Re-instated MDC-T National Chairman, Morgan Komichi revealed that Acting President, Thokozani Khupe is no longer in POLAD.
Speaking to Zimeye, Komichi said Khuphe has not attended POLAD meetings for a long time because she has no mandate from the party to do so.
Komichi said Khuphe joined POLAD as part of her old MDC-T that she had registered and not as the MDC-T that she currently leads after the supreme court ruling.
Komichi said the MDC-T is not against dialogue, however, decisions on such matters need to be made collectively.
Komichi said the leadership of the MDC-T has approached former MDC Alliance partners and apologized for the manner in which the MDC Alliance agreement was implemented by Chamisa.
Key members of the Alliance were sidelined during the elections, with the leaders of ZANU-Ndonga walking away with not even a single parliamentary seat.
Leaders like Jacob Ngarivhume had to contest against the Alliance despite having campaigned countrywide for the MDC Alliance after not being allocated any seats.
