A Senior municipal manager, Zivanai Katiti has been deported from South Africa to Zimbabwe for working with a fake work permit.
The department of Home Affairs told the Star Newspaper that Katiti entered South Africa in 2015 and was using a fake work permit since then.
Katiti was arrested on 3 September and has been in custody since.
The investigation on Katiti started after the Sowetan Newspaper got a tip off and sent the Home Affairs Department an enquiry.
