Jacob Ngarivhume has been granted bail under very stringent conditions, his lawyers have announced this morning.
This comes 45 days after Ngarivhume was arrested.
Ngarivhume is required to deposit R50 000 and adhere to the following conditions:.
1. Report 3 times at the Harare Central Police Station
2.Surrender his passport
3. Not post on his twitter handle
4.Reside at his given address (Waterfalls)
His lawyer, Nkomo, says they believe in the justice system in Zimbabwe and this is why they kept returning to the court.
