Zimbabwe People Power Movement Leader, Albert Matapo, says any Transitional Arrangement that comes out of dialogue between Nelson Chamisa and ED Mnangagwa will not work.
Matapo said a genuine National Transitional Authority will have to first of all do away with the current system.
He said a key task of the Transitional Authority will be to implement reforms and to send soldiers back to the Barracks.
Matapo said the Zimbabwe People Power Movement has already started the process of setting up the Transitional Authority, which will be made up of two parts, the leadership council made up of less than 10 ministers and a team of technocrats that will deal with economic issues.
Matapo says many interests are at play including firmer G40 members who want to go back into ZANU PF where they used to loot.
