Sisa Namandje born in 1972 is a Namibian lawyer prominent for representing high profile figures and the rich and has also represented all three Namibian presidents Sam Nujoma, Hifikepunye Pohamba and Hage Geingob.

Namandje was once the lead lawyer of Russian Rasheed Sadarov and helped him get paid N$43 million by the government in return Rasheed gave the government four farms.

This deal saw Namandje’s company getting paid N$21 million by Rasheed for his services and for facilitating the successful deal.

Sisa is also a businessman and co owns Lemon square Fishing and holds shares in Stimulus Limited a company which owns Namibia Media, and the biggest plastic producer in the country.

Namandje was born on 15 December 1972 at Onyaanya in the Oshikoto of northern Namibia.

He spent his primary school years in northern Namibia before the family moved to Zambian exile, where he attended school at SWAPO’s health education centre in Nyango.

In 1995 after finishing his education Namandje moved to Windheok and worked at Windhoek Central Prison and then a year later he quit and began his law studies at the University of Namibia.
