Malawian President Lazarus Chakwera has shown his concern to the injustices faced by Zimbabweans that have led to a massive movement on Twitter trending as #ZimbabweanLivesMatter.
In a tweet, President Chakwera said the following:
“I would like to express my deep concern to the people of Zimbabwe, You deserve your be listened to.
#ZimbabweanLivesMatter
#FreeZimbabwe #Zimbabwe”
Many other political figures from different countries have expressed their support towards the movement going on on Twitter like South African politicians, Julius Malema and Mmusi Maimane.
The movement has seen many other public figures in the entertainment industry tweet in solidarity with Zimbabweans.
