Movement for Democratic Change Tsvangirai spokesperson Khaliphani Phugeni says Nelson Chamisa has abandoned the Supreme court application where Khupe was seeking a variation on the date of the extraordinary Congress.
Phugeni said Chamisa has chosen not to oppose the MDC T application thus he has come to the realisation that his opposition has no prospects of success at all.
Chamisa had challenged the application for the variation of the congress date that was made by MDC-T Acting President, Thokozani Khuphe at the Supreme Court.
