President of the United States of America Donald Trump has made threats to ban the popular social media network, TikTok.
President Trump said that the US government may ban TikTok after considering a lot of alternatives in respect to TikTok as a social media network.
This comes after the US government made it clear that they were not sure of Tiktok’s security on User data and that the Chinese were probably getting user data from the social media network.
Reports have come out that Microsoft is in talks to acquire TikTok however Trump firmly rejected the idea of a the potential deal by Microsoft stating national security concerns.
