Well known political activist Lovemore Fuyane says he has developed a detailed vision document for a separate Matabeleland state.
Fuyane says the state will have its own army, police, Parliament and borders.
Fuyane says the state will deal with the marginalization of Matabeleland and outstanding issues such as Gukurahundi.
Fuyane said different groups in Matabeleland can work together to make this vision a reality.
Fuyane says the process towards a seperate state is based international laws and will culminate in a referendum which only those born in Matabeleland can participate in.
