Tranform Zimbabwe President, Jacob Ngarivhume has refused to say if he will or will not work with Thokozani Khupe;s MDC-T in the revived MDC Alliance which is currently meeting to plan for the 2023 elections.
Ngarivhume said his party left the Alliance after the 2023 elections because of the bad experiences they had after being treated unfairly. Ngarivhume said he felt that there was an uneven treatement of some alliance partneers by the dominant members of the alliance and therefore his party went out to restrategise and map a new way forward.
The Transform Zimbabwe leader said coalitions are necessary as seen in Malawi where a coalition of 9 political parties won the elections after initially losing when they were running the elections as individual parties.
Transform Zimbabwe is organising a national demonstration on the 31st of July , the same day on which Thokozani Khuphe’s MDC will be holding its extraordinary congress.
