Aliko Dangote Foundation has commissioned a mobile laboratory in Kano Nigeria to conduc which will conduct at least 1,000 covid-19 tests per day.
Testing for Covid-19 has been intensified, the foundation is optimistic that the laboratory will make a big difference in the state after recording some of the highest cases surpassing that of Lagos.
Dangote pledged the Foundation’s commitment to reduce the number of lives lost to diseases, such as COVID-19, Ebola and other deadly viruses in the State.
The foundation will not relent in using its investments in health, education, and economic empowerment to help lift people out of sickness and poverty.
Nigeria has recorded more than 22 600 cases and 549 deaths of Covid-19
