South African based Zimbabwean singer Charmaine Shamiso Mapimbiro popularly known as Sha Sha says she was not expecting to be nominated for the 2020 BET Awards however she is humbled to have made it.
Sha Sha, is a singer born and bred in Zimbabwe, Sha Sha spent some of her life in Bulawayo and South Africa because of the separation of her family.
Sha Sha will go up against Nigeria’s Rema; Celeste from the United Kingdom, Hatik from France, Young T & Bugsey from the United Kingdom and Stacy of France.
This year’s ceremony marks the 20th anniversary of the event and BET’s 40th anniversary, the show will air on Sunday, June 28.
