A number of People in Bulawayo Cowdray Park have failed to remain indoors as per President Emmerson Mnangagwa’s stringent Covid-19 lockdown regulations in a bid to sustain a living.
Many people survive on hand to mouth therefore, Cowdray Park residents have turned the Hawkflight area into a market place, selling basic commodities.
Vendors while selling their groceries keep watch of state security agencies who were deployed to enforce lockdown, so that they quickly disperse when seeing them to avoid arrest and seizure of their groceries.
