High Court on Monday barred MDC-T Thokozani Khupe and Douglas Mwonzora from replacing recalled MDC A MPs pending the court’s determination of the legality of the recalls.
This comes after Charlton Hwende, Thabitha Khumalo, Lilian Timveous and Prosper Mutseyami filed an urgent chamber application seeking to bar Douglas Mwonzora from replacing them.
Justice Mafusire granted an interdict to stop Khupe and team from replacing recalled members of the MDC Alliance.
