Fadzayi Mahere says the high court has now given two conflicting judgement pertaining to the legal persona of MDC Alliance.
Following the judgement issued today by Judge Chitapi which ruled that MDC Alliance is not a legal personal,
Mahere said the court is conflating issues as there is also a ruling from the high court by Justice Munangati which said MDC Alliance is a political party.
Mahere said MDC A will not become a political party because the court has said so, it has always been a party that is why it contested in 2018 election and also fought the electoral petition.
