Spotlight Zimbabwe reports that General Chiwenga has invited the Chinese military to set up a Bio-safety Level 4 lab (BSL-4) where the Chinese and the Zimbabwe Military will be performing experiments on deadly diseases.
General Chiwenga is reportedly interested in setting up a special defence science arm that will specialize in biological and chemical warfare.
The location of the lab is likely to be in Mt Hampden or in Manicaland where the chinese are constructing an underground military base.
This will be the first Biosafety level 4 lab in Southern Africa and it will be fully operational by 2025.
