Dr Clarence says there is an initiative by the Western countries to force Covid-19 vaccines on Africans.
Two French Doctors have sparked outrage for suggesting that a potential vaccine for coronavirus should first be tested o people in Africa.
The comments were made on the French Tv Channel during a discussion on Wednesday about Covid-19 trials set to be launched in Europe and Australia to see if the BCG vaccine could be used to treat the virus.
Clarence said history is likely to repeat itself. In South Africa the HIV vaccine was forced on prostitutes because they were highly exposed to the virus.
Two Zimbabweans have mysteriously succumbed to the the virus the other case is said to have went for a check up and was reported dead soon after.
