Dr Thokozani Khuphe, the newly confirmed acting President of the MDC-T, has thanked the Supreme Court after it delivered its judgement today.
Khuphe said she will call for an extraordinary congress as demanded by the ruling.
Khupe said the MDC is now more united and will never be divided again.
