ALbert Matapo says Zimbabwe will be split into 5 States when the Zimbabwe People Power movement takes over.
Matapo says Zimbabwe would have been better if Ian Smith had stayed on and the country had not attained independence.
Matapo says the first step in fixing Zimbabwe will be to remove ZANU-PF.
The next step will be for Zimbabwe to hold a referendum during a transitional period. After the referendum Matapo says ZImbabwe should be re-configured into 5 states with a central Capital and 4 outer states.
Matapo says there should be a ring road around the country. Roads should then spread out from the New Capital to the outer road and villages should be built along these roads.
This infrastructure development should then create jobs.
Matapo says tourism, mineral resources and foreign direct investment will finance the infrastructure development.
