At 27 years old, Elizabeth Tanya Masiyiwa is already a board Member on many impressive organisations. Speaking at Youth Connect, she explains how she started he first tech startup. She says she initially asked her parents not to help, but soon realized the benefits of working with her mother.
Elizabeth says she will be opening a leadership academy in Zimbabwe.
16 year old students from schools will take a year off school and learn about innovation.
After spending a year at the leadership academy, these young people will then be taken to great schools overseas.
