Tendai Biti has exposed gross errors in the 2020 budget.
He was speaking yesterday in Parliament on the Thursday sitting session.
He revealed how the figures in the budget does not tally with the figures in the bluebooks.
However, many have criticised his contribution saying that he has no right to speak on a budget which he snubbed the official briefing.
