Tendai Biti has regretted the decision made by govenment to fire more than 300 state doctors.
Tendai Biti says that these doctors where trained on govenment expense.
He says that Boris Johnson is giving travel exemptions to doctors to improve their healthcare yet a struggling economy like Zimbabwe is firing them.
He further pleaded with Mthuli Ncube to adequately pay doctors their worth remuneration.
