Government through a post cabinet briefing has confirmed that a total of 322 disciplinary cases of striking doctors have so far been heard

286 doctors who were found guilty have been discharged.

Government says it is still committed to dialogue with striking doctors, and a meeting has been scheduled for 14 November 2019.

The doctors has expressed their shock over the actions by the government claiming that it is a sign that the authorities have lost their sense.

The doctors have also made it clear that they are not moved by the threats of disciplinary action.
