Ambassador Cain Matema who was the Minister of Home Affairs has been re-assigned as the Minister Of Primary and Secondary Education.
People always complained he was useless in his previous Ministry of Home Affairs and the latter has made them even more shocked and angry.Honourable Cain Matema is well known for being in a relationship with a young student Bathabetsoe Nare who was 47 years his junior.
The Bulawayo Govenor at the time married the student , Bathabetsoe years after when she was 23 and he was 70years old in 2016.The citizens are just concerned about the girl child when he starts to carry out his ministerial duties given his history with young women in school.
