Anele Ndebele, the MDC legislator who had been accused of having a forced physical relationship with a minor has been cleared following new revelations.
The legislator for Magwegwe constituency in Bulawayo had been reported to be arrested for allegedly r3ping and impregnating a minor.
The minor was a high school A level student at Kezi, Matebeleland South province.
Anele didn’t deny that he had an affair with the girl but he denied that he had been arrested.
The A level Student has since withdrawn the charges saying they where in love and had a consensual physical relationship.
Anele Ndebele says he ended the relationship upon discovering that the child was a minor.
