Monica Mutsvangwa battles to save ED Mnangagwa from humiliation

Honorable Monica Mutsvangwa who is currently the minister of Information , publicity and broadcasting services tried hard to save her boss ED Mnangagwa’ s face today in Mutare when she addressed delegates who attended a public consultation on the Zimbabwe Media Commission Bill.

Speaking at the consultation meeting workshop Honorable Mutsvangwa said president ED Mnangagwa wants people to enjoy freedom of speech through the provisions of the new constitution which was drafted in 2013.

The objectives of the bill is to protect the right of freedom of expression . There has not been any freedom of expression in Zimbabwe. ED Mnangagwa’ s government is rocked with abductions of people who speak against the government including civic groups. Doctor Peter Magombeyi is a good example among many others. Mutsvangwa’ s utterances are untrue and unfortunate.
