MDC-T Vice President,Obert Gutu has called out MDC Alliance Councilors on the situation and living conditions in Harare.
He likened City Of Harare to his rural growth point, Mupandawana in Chegutu where there are unplanned settlements and filthy as there is uncollected gabbage everywhere and no water.
Former Deputy Minister of Justice went on to say City Of Harare was in shambles because of corruption, incompetence and councilors without a clue of their duties.
