The state has been denying that Dr Magombeyi was indeed abducted. However, the state hypocrisy has been exposed as the head of CID Law and Order has in an affidavit agreed that Magombeyi was unfit. What made Magombeyi unfit? If he is unfit, then the state should let him go for medical checks.
