15 students were arrested following demostrations that rocked the campus on Monday morning, among them SRC Minister, Joseph Nyamayaro and an outspoken Student activist identified as Kucci, who are still in police custody.
After the struggle, the University then gave an urgent notice that parallel lectures were to commence effective that day.
The students are expected to appear in court today facing charges of “intended or potential violence”.

Fellow students have pledged to support the detained by attending the court session today in Bulawayo.
