The deputy governor of the Reserve bank of Zimbabwe has lamented that Prof Mthuli Ncube must be answerable for all the decisions made by the Reserve Bank. Dr Mlambo made the remarks while appearing before the public accounts committee regarding Command Agriculture payments. Dr Mlambo went on to suggest a change in the Act which requires the RBZ to report to the Minister of Finance.
