The Permanent Secretary for information, Publicity and broadcasting Services Mr Nick Mangwana has called for the immediate arrest of the 3 hooligans who bashed Chitungwiza Mayor Lovemore Maiko.
The three people are believed to be Zanu PF members from Chitungwiza
Mr Mangwana reiterated that the trio must be arrested for taking the law into their own hands.
